Make it level 38 speed back. Also an update. So far I'm looking at:
1. Rhode Island Wolves
2. Dinas Mawddwy Bandits
The Wolves may not be able to stay down in level 38 cap and Dinas may be staying down into 34. So I'm just bumping this in case these two offers fall through. They very well could.
