My SS is going to be a FA on day 40, and i'm looking for a new squad to hook up with. Let me tell you about my strong safety:
For starters, I know how to build SS's. Begbie has been slow built for his first two seasons and the dividends are evident. Check out the build. My dude is balanced across the board, and will wreak havoc when unleashed upon opposing offenses. Check out the stats. Some of the other SS FAs are fast and agile, but have shit for strength and tackling. Is that who you really want as one of your last lines of defense when a tacklebreaking bulldozer of a tailback is lumbering towards the secondary?
I probably shouldn't need to sell prospective teams on the build, but I'll go ahead and do so anyways. If you're looking for a speedy defensive back with excellent hands, then my guy isn't for your team. HOWEVER, if you want a punishing safety who doesn't miss tackles, forces turnovers, and makes opposing receivers and finesse backs cry when he hits them, then you'll want to strongly consider my player.
Currently, my player is in the middle of a playoff campaign, but the current team is looking to restructure their squad for next season. My dude was awarded an endorsement deal that gives a +1 vision piece. Also, Begbie is working on several Fumble Forcing advanced pieces that are already at 21% FF.
I'm looking for a starting gig, but I won't be opposed to playing as a reserve in the right situation. Although, even as a backup, I'd like to get at least 30-35 snaps, at the minimum.
Optimally, I'd want to join a level 31 capped league, but a level 34 would work, even though some of the opposing players could outlevel my guy by 4-5 levels. Again, it just depends on the team.
I'm looking for a well run team that has an active forum, solidly built stadium, and plenty of cash to finance equipment upgrades. Begbie is sitting on 19 bonus tokens and is ready to drop them into the adv. gear when I level up enough.
I boost every season, and I'm willing to tailor my tactics and build to fit whatever defensive scheme that the team is running.
