2nd place ain't bad. Especially considering the circumstances. It just wasn't meant to be for anybody to stop his awesome streak.

There's lots of teams that aren't competitive. MM's team was eliminated going into the last game anyhow, so they could have thrown to him if they wanted to. Nothing was stopping them other than destiny and ICE's awesomeness.

Though Ice does lead another not so cool category, prob those slippery fingers. Congrats though, had we known it was that close and there was a competition, MM would have been thrown to all day

This is a courtesy post to let you all know that we are investigating and discussing some ideas about how to deal with the obvious lack of respect that some people have for this game and the other people who play it. Going out of your way to collude and try and ruin the enjoyment of other users is not something that we want to see happening here, especially at the highest level of the game.

The options we are discussing to address any current or future issues include removal of trophies (awarding them to 2nd/3rd place) and forced team forfeiture.

I saw that post in the WL forum. He's talking about another issue that involves collusion, which there is not here. Thus, that statement doesn't apply to this situation. If it did, he would have obviously posted that in our league to let us know.

Although it is way overdue that he addresses the lack or realism in the game, that type of stuff should have been implemented back in Season 1. The sooner he can refine the game to make it more like real football, the better for all, so I welcome some changes to how stats work.

I have to admit, 145 dropped passes in 3 seasons is quite impressive.

I'm surprised nobody tried to tag Ice Cold and triple cover him just to piss you off, lol.

People have tried to stop the record before, and they all fail and then contend they weren't trying, that's just how it is.

In the spirit of the game? I don't see how it cannot be in the spirit of the game. For me this is the most fun part of the game. The game isn't designed like real football where there is a huge motivation to making the playoffs and competing for a title, and subsequent penalties if you theoretically threw the ball to one guy every chance you can.

I'm just playing the game naturally in the way that the game steers me to play it.
