I'm looking for one team in a cap that im not currently involved with (Anything but 14 or 18). I can recruit an entire team by myself if needed, I've done it plenty of times before with great results. If not I would like to have recruiting control over either the Offense or Defense this way I know what players are being offered contracts and I can control the builds coming onto the team, it just works a lot better that way because I know what builds will work in what offenses/defenses. I've recruited for the Hamilton Coyotes every year they've been in existence, the Hamilton Warriors (PeeWee team) that went 16-0 and the Warsaw Executioners cap-13 team (Season 12), each of those teams I did ALL of the recruiting for.
