Hello my name is Jay and I am looking to start a long term organization. I have purchased a Pee Wee team for next season and would like to construct a core team there that will then move over to my existing Casual League team long term.
I am only interested in players/agents that are willing to commit to a few conditions all of which I am afraid are non-negotiable....
PLAYER REQUIREMENTS
1.) All players must be made on Day 41 of this season. (The new 1st day to roll your player and still be eligible for a Pee Wee team)
2.) All players must be willing to follow a reasonable basic slow build strategy.
3.) All players must be willing to purchase Custom Equipment (Flex points required) & Basic Equipment consolidated into your main attribute prior to the first day of season 13.
4.) All players must be willing to boost to the Team's current level cap per the new boosting rules.
5.) Last but not least all players must of course be willing to commit to a long term future with my teams.
Now I realize some people are not interested in following guidelines when it comes to the early stages of their player's career, so in exchange I am willing to offer some benefits that will hopefully make it worth your sacrifice...
TEAM BENEFITS
1.) As part of our 40 man base roster your player will be guaranteed enough playing time to attain Max XP. (See Roster Explanation Below)
2.) All team members will have their own Equipment Fund that will pay 100% of all your equipment costs. (Stadium is already a year into construction to ensure plenty of funds by season 14.)
3.) If your player is meeting all of the required guidelines you will NEVER have your playing time reduced or your role on the team changed without your approval. (In short if you keep your word to me, I will damn sure keep my word to you.)
4.) I (as team owner) will maintain an up to date tactics discussion as well as an active team forum.
TEAM ROSTER GUIDELINES
We will strive to maintain a core 40 man roster. I am aware additional players might be required for depth but as part of the core 40 Man roster you are guaranteed ALL team benefits. Max XP is also a frustrating formula to crack in the beginning of a players career but we will set the a number of 35 plays as a minimum. Also please realize that as a team focused on the long term no one wants everyone to improve across the board more than I do. (I.E. backups who are apart of the 40 man roster as just as important as starters when it comes to Max XP.)

Now I have been involved with GLB long enough to be well aware of the cynical element here so let me end by saying that although some of my requests of the players on my teams might seem "Silly" or "Dumb" to some people and I totally respect and understand that. I just want to run a close knit well organized team and see if we can win some games and have some fun. So if you take joy in being difficult or causing drama PLEASE this is not the team for you. As Cedric the Entertainer once said "I'm a grown ass man" and I have no time for jerks or people who require negative attention messing up my precious free time so if you cause repeated problems I will just remove you from the squad immediately. The flip side of that is if your tired of getting raw deals from shady owners who care nothing for your players then I think you will be very happy as a player on my team. I previously ran a regular team (San Juan Scorpions) and had a great relationship with everyone on the team. In 3 seasons we had maybe 1-2 issues arise and even those were minimal.
