6-2 last week 65-7 overall
1. Lincoln Navigators V 3. Mayan Prophecy. The Navs kicked the Longhorns all over the field to win their 14th straight. Lincoln stop the Marblehead passing game cold and controlled the running game (other than DMP). On Offense the used a well balanced attack to put up 597 yards and 66 points. A win this week locks up the #1 seed and homefield through out the playoffs for Ddingo's team.
Mayan dropped their second straight game and their offense continues to struggle without Husker4life at the controls. Hali saw a weakness in the Mayan pass D and exploited it all game throwing the ball on 53 of 76 offensive plays.
Lincoln wins 51-27
2. Haliblack Explosionaires V 5. Cincinnati Shockers. Haliblack relied on the throwing of Rocketarm in their game against Mayan and it paid off big time. He went for 320 and 2 TDs to lead the Explosionaires to the 13 point win. The Hali D was solid, holding Mayan under 300 total yards and picking up a key turnover early on that led to their first TD.
The Shockers held off a scrapy Durham squad to firmly entrench themselves in the Number 5 playoff spot. John Young had an insane 23 of 24 passing day, but the Shockers had trouble in the red zone, which kept the game close.
Hali wins 44-28
4. Monmouth Evil Monkeys V 11. Sofia Spiders. The Evil Monkeys had their own redzone issues and let Korb hang around for most of the game. Liquid Rush had his first break out game on D for Monmouth picking up 10 tackles.
Sofia tossed 4 ints in their loss to So Cal...Nuff said.
Evil Monkeys wins 38-14
6. Singapore Flames V 8. Belfast Commandos. Singpore used a late tb run by Testarossa to pick up a much needed win over Pa Dong. Singpore's win put them in the #6 spot in the playoff race and with a win this time out they will lock up a spot for next year in the WL.
Belfast Picked up the 3rd straight win and are making a hell of a charge toward the playoffs. They are still on the outside looking in at this point, but if they can take out the Flames and with BFM as their final game they are looking at 8 wins and a playoff berth.
