season 13 pee wee team WO Town Gangsters looking for players build on day 31. All positions still available.

Boosting and CE not required, however it is suggested...
Boosting and CE is a must for HBs and KR/PR
KR/PR - preferably a WR or CB

lol you apparently don't read anything bort writes. if you're looking for people built on day 31 you're not gonna have a team my friend. peewee teams aren't allowed to sign anyone with xp anymore
