Presuming you want to be good this season, you need to focus purely on speed until at least 1st cap, 2nd cap preferred. Move ALL equipment to speed.
After you hit your goal in speed, focus on Agility.
For training, just Intense Train Agility/Vision.
If you want to sacrifice this season to be better later, then focus purely on Speed until 4th cap at least.
And STAY AWAY from Special Abilities until at least level 25, 30 prefered.
