The fact is, Haliblack has been doing this for awhile now, and we all know it. Everyone so upset about this has brought it up numerous times how Haliblack/CPL has done this for ages. The thing is, up until last season, it was all confined in CPL. The fucking with tactics, the throwing games to keep people out of playoffs, hell, even the horrible, trolling, meme-filled posting was kept in CPL. I have no doubts you didn't like CPL then, but you guys sure as hell didn't complain much when this was happening over there, so what changed?
Well, to put it bluntly, you idiots let CPL out of its cage. You guys whined and whined about having a "Word League", where the competition would be fierce and the best of the best play. You guys had to have known CPL would be included. For all their antics, it was obvious the teams in CPL were good at dotball. But still, you thought it'd be a good idea to throw CPL into the mix with USAPL and all the other shitty regions. And Bort gave you what you wanted. You all, in your naivety, expected CPL to play nice? Really?
So yeah, Haliblack has its share of blame for what happened. They played a big role in all the controversy today. But, when a pit bull bites a little girl, do you really blame the dog or the dumbass owner that left gate to his backyard open?
