Hi all,

I have a general question that maybe someone could answer. What exactly is pass quality and how does it work. I have a QB asking me about it and I have never myself made one before.

Pass quality is the quality of the pass. I don't know how it can be worded any better. It is exactly what it is. Nothing more, and nothing less.

It makes a ball easier to catch for offense, and harder to intercept for defense

this...sometimes im not sure how these things could be worded any better...

If you were a QB trying to throw a football through the middle of a tire but you couldnt even hit the tire...the higher your pass quality, the easier it would be to make it through the middle of the tire. Obviously you wont be perfect all the time...but the higher the quality of your throw, the better chance you will have of hitting the target.
