Any idea why the ROLB waits for the HB to catch the ball before running towards him?

His vision is 70 and he also got 3 in superior vision so that shouldnt be the reason

Maybe a confidence/stamina issue but I'm not sure.

conf is 30 and stam 33 but he usually finish with 60-70 in energy

I'm not really sure and this is just a guess but maybe he is playing zone in that area? Or maybe he just did't see the HB despite his high vision.

probably playing zone and is your agility kinda up there? if not than he might have slipped (not sure if this i a possible factor) or something

agility is 72
