1 Buffalo Rampage 8-0
- the Rampage continue to roll. Four more lopsided and convincing wins over the Junta by 16, Tet by 60, the Ligers by 18 and BKK by 27 have them at the top of the heap. The Rampage seems to be gaining momentum as the season progresses. They have the #1 and #2 HBs in the league running behind the top OL in the league. That's going to be a tall order for any team to counter as we move forward thru the second half of the season.

1st Qrt GRADE: B
2nd Qrt GRADE: B+ (still a lot of season to go and a lot of work left to do )

2 Sumatra Sting 6-2
- the Sting has regained its swagger this quarter. After a rough first four, they've responded by dismantling their competition, trouncing the Bangers, the Orangutans, and the Furniture by 20 or more... as mentioned last quarter, the Sting may run the table and be a very dangerous team to have to play come playoff time. At this point, they have played themselves back into the top tier of the conference. Woe to any teams needing a win that have to face the Sting.

1st Qrt GRADE: C+
2nd Qrt GRADE: A

3 Lea Lea Furniture 6-2
- After racing out to the front of the standings and setting a torrid pace in the first quarter, Lea Lea has been reeled in by the rest of the rest of the pack. This quarter was supposed to be their time to step up and shine, but rather than flex their muscles, they stumbled. A blowout loss to the resurgent Sting and a relative upset at the hands of the Junta have dropped them to third in the standings. Their two wins this quarter were against less than impressive competition... They still have BKK left on their schedule providing they dont drop any of their remaining games. Then they get rewarded with a season finale against Buffalo. The Furniture are a playoff team and a legit contender, but not if they have another quarter like this one.

1st Qrt GRADE: A
2nd Qrt GRADE: C

4 Bangkok Bangers 6-2
- the Banger's second quarter felt an awful lot like their first... three consecutive wins against some of the weaker teams, followed by a big loss to a big time club. After a strong showing against ONO, they clowned the Gangsters as everyone does, but then could only beat the Monsoon by three?!?!?!?! They then got crushed by the Sting 35-9...
the 'other' Bangkok needs to step up and show they can hang with the teams at the top of the conference or they risk getting a low seed/early exit from the playoffs... or worse, they could risk getting edged out of the playoffs altogether if they drop a couple games theyre supposed to win.

1st Qrt GRADE: B
2nd Qrt GRADE: B-

5 Padang Orangutans 5-3
- the Orangutans had a tremendous second quarter. Especially after a brutal first quarter. The got their hats handed to them by the Sting early in the second quarter, but bounced back with three very impressive and close wins to claw their way up to 5-3 and place themselves is very good position to make a playoff run in teh second half of the season. They knocked off the Lightning by 2 before beating both the Junta and Tet by only 3... the O-tangs will have to continue this streak in order to keep up with the rest of the conference. The schedule is not forgiving in the third quarter for them, as they have to survive the Ligers, BKK and ONO... if they can get thru that stretch and get at least two of those three, they will be in good shape for a fourth quarter playoff run.

1st Qrt GRADE: C-
2nd Qrt GRADE: A-

6 Batdambang Killer Koalas 5-3
- the Koalas are looking to get their season on track after dropping back to back losses to the Sweatshop and Buffalo... With the Furniture and Sting still remaining, BKK has a tough road ahead of them. They cannot afford to drop another game to an underdog and they are going to have to put a couple upsets of their own on the board if they hope to get a home playoff game. That said, their WR, George Prenares, is the best WR in the league and an incredible weapon, they are still one of the tougher teams in the conference and have a chance to run the table if they can get their D back on the rails.

1st Qrt GRADE: C
2nd Qrt GRADE: C-

7 Myanmar Military Junta 5-3
-the Junta have had some ups and downs in the first half of the season... They started this quarter hanging tough with the Rampage... They then beat Arrowhead with :17 seconds remaining before losing a heartbreaker to the Orangutans with less than two minutes left in the game... They responded by shutting down the Furniture... with one of the toughest schedules of any Garuda team this second quarter, they came out of it at 2-2... not bad...With the Sting, BKK and other tough squads remaining in their way, theyve got an uphill climb ahead of them.

1st Qrt GRADE: B
2nd Qrt GRADE: B+

8 D League Ligers 5-3
- as mentioned in their first REPORT CARD: if they can continue to beat the teams they are supposed to, they should finish in the top 8.... The Ligers took care of their business this quarter. They beat the teams they were supposed to (WIW, Sweatshop, and Arrowhead) and had their hands full with Buffalo. This coming stretch of games will be the barometer for their season. They face the O-tangs, the Furniture and the Sting. If they can take two of these three, the Ligers will be in prime position to make a strong run at the top 5.

1st Qrt GRADE: B-
2nd Qrt GRADE: B

9 Arrowhead Fanatics 4-4
-everytime you think you have the Arrowhead figured out, they turn from Jekyll back into Hyde... this quarter was no different. After beating the Lightning, they drop a brutal game to the Junta... then, after bouncing back to beat Tet, the Fanatical ones lay an egg against the Ligers... They have a ton of top half teams left on their schedule and are already on the outside looking in on the playoffs. The Fans need to string a few wins together to have a chance...

1st Qrt GRADE: C
2nd Qrt GRADE: C-

10 Oakland Naughty Ottsel 4-4
-the last thing the ONO need right now is a tough stretch of games... They got blown out by the 'other' Bangkok by 28... Then dropped an unexpected game against the Monsoon by 11 before righting the ship and West Indies... They seem to have their mojo back with a one point skweeker over the Sweatshop... Unfortunately for them, a tough stretch of games is exactly what they are gonna get. The Rampage, a desperate Arrowhead squad and then the Orangutans & the Furniture... good luck with that ONO.

1st Qrt GRADE: C+
2nd Qrt GRADE: C-

11 Tet Offensive 3-5
-Tet started the quarter off fierce and absolutely destroyed the Sweatshop. Since then, they got beat by 60 by Buffalo to start the three game skid, also losing to Arrowhead and the O-tangs... not the direction you want to be going with the Sting and Furniture coming to town.

1st Qrt GRADE: C-
2nd Qrt GRADE: D

12 Vietnamese Sweatshop 3-5
- the Sweatshop have underwhelmed thusfar. They did beat BKK, but got trounced by Tet, dominated by the Ligers and edged out by ONO... they will probably get a couple wins these next two games... If they dispatch with the Monsoon and WIW, the wins are going to be tough to come by after that... the Sweatshop are staring at 6-10 in the face. maybe worse if they dont gameplan.

1st Qrt GRADE: C
2nd Qrt GRADE: D+

13 Bangkok Lightning 2-6
-as much a fan I am of Jon Bostic, even he cant help the Lightning this season. The thin roster has taken its lumps this season and look like their woes will continue... after a losing streak like the one they just had, it was nice to take out their frustrations on the hapless Gangsters.

1st Qrt GRADE: D+
2nd Qrt GRADE: D

14 Bangalore Monsoon 2-6
-the Monsoon won two of four this quarter. Wins over WIW and ONO and a narrow loss to the Bangers prove to be a improved quarter for the 'soon... Unfortunately for them, the Gangster game may be the only win left on their schedule.

1st Qrt GRADE: C-
2nd Qrt GRADE: C

15 West Indies Warriors 1-7
- S12 has been a tough season for WIW. I cant believe Im talking about their season like its in the past tense already.... Losing to the Monsoon was a game you need to win in order to pass this class... sorry guys, its gonna be a long 8 games

1st Qrt GRADE: C-
2nd Qrt GRADE: F

16 Chiang Mai Gangsters 0-8
- uhm... no.

1st Qrt GRADE: F
2nd Qrt GRADE: F
