Get all equip out of blocking. IF you want to salvage that guy take carry str to 68, get you equip tree into running. He is 10 power through so you could make him a serviceable offensive FB since there aren't that many of them, he could also be a counter to tagging on some plays, as a pass blocker. Have him pass block and get a few short carries. No more sa's, just str carry, until you retire. Train catch jump rest of career, and you might have a good ending to your mediocre career.

Stern is right, turn him into a short yardarge/power back and pump his strength as high as possible, IF your team is willing to use him that way. If you want to have power thru at 9 or 10 you need 90 strength imo, 80 isn't enough.
