not sure what you have been training, but I would train it a bit more before capping. but then again, it's at what.. 23? go ahead and cap it. but then switch training to what your going to cap next if you go that route.

Cap it immediately. Start training something else and keep cappnig speed up to at least the 3-cap (68)
