personally? i'd retire and start again following the speed 68, agility 68, Vision 68 method.
If not; try not to spread your equipment around as much concentrate on focusing it all on one skill speed or agility. Then try and take speed up to 68 natural, Agility to 68 natural and vision to 68 natural
