lvl 32 should be still developing but it mainly depends on what your philosophy was when you created your QB.
I dont know if there is an ideal confidence for lvl 32

I went a little higher with throwing so I only have just capped confidence and will be capping strength next level up
then likely back to conf

my level 33 ended up with 17 morale after the last game he played. Confidence is at 61.

threw a pick, sacked 11 times, hurried 19 (not sure if that does anything to morale)
