Yup, i skipped a week.
1. Buffalo Rampage 7-0 W7
Been near perfect since week 1, not one game has been "close". A clear nr. 1.
2. Lea Lea Furniture 6-1 W1
Beating nr. 3 is good stuff, and being 6-1 is pretty damn good. Losing to the Sting isn't bad, it might hurt Lea Lea down the road but i wouldn't be too worried about that just yet. I would, however, be worried about that week 16 homegame against Buffalo.
3. Sumatra Sting 5-2 W4
Why is Sting above Bangers you might ask? Simple fact; Sting has beaten Lea Lea pretty hefty and Bangers just managed to beat Monsoon with a 4th Q under 1 minute TD.
4. Bangkok Bangers 6-1 W3
For a new team they are doing quite well. Playoff? I say YES! Next week against the Sting? Yeah GOTW!
5. Batdambang Killer Koalas 5-2 L1
Could be a top 3 team, but seems to be struggling a bit. And with Rampage in week 8 coming off a loss to Sweatshop, the Koalas might find themselves runover and sweaty.
Its hard for me to rank these 4-3 teams, so take this next bit lightly.
6. Padang Orangutans 4-3 W2
A season of losing most your games can still teach you a lot and the Orangutans are a perfect example of this. 3 point win over Junta is good stuff when you are fighting for playoff spots.
7. D League Ligers 4-3 L1
For having lost to the better teams they get 7th. They haven't won bit nor lost big. A nice average team that will keep making noise in the league.
8. Myanmar Military Junta 4-3 L1
1 point is the difference between 8&9 here. Next week against Lea Lea will be big if the Junta has any plans of a playoff spot besides 7-8th.
9. Arrowhead Fanatics 4-3 W1
Barely losing to Junta by 1 point is a very tough loss for the Fanatics. I like what they did last year and seems on route to do a little better this year.
10. Vietnamese Sweatshop 3-4 W1
Inconsistency most be the keyword for Sweatshop. They go out and beat Junta and Koalas but lose to Tet and Ligers? The loses to Garuda and Sting i can understand, but the other 4 games? That is two BIG targets you took down and then you throw it all on the ground against so-so teams?
11. Tet Offensive 3-4 L2
For having beaten Monsoon and Sweatshop.
12. Oakland Naughty Ottsel 3-4 W1
For having beaten Tet but lost to Monsoon.
13. Bangalore Monsoon 1-6 L1
I don't think you are a bad team, but you are missing SOMETHING.
14. Bangkok Lightning 1-6 L5
1 point win over WIW? Talk about a fall from the top.
15. West Indies Warriors 1-6 L3
You beat Tet Offensive. Thats something.
16. Chiang Mai Gangsters 0-7 L7
