I've finally got the fund to upgrade 2 pieces of equipment. Do I put in speed or in Agility?

needs more vision imo, but i'd put the EQ points in SPD

eq in speed...

vision is fine (if not excessive) ~100 with VAs

I would cap stamina and take carrying to 3rd cap...
