Just hike up Strength. The stamina agility and vision are also important. NT should be stronger than the DT.

Strength is very important, you want to neutralize the advantage that the OL have, but you're never going to be stronger than a C or G of the same level. The way to create a mismatch is by putting points in Agility and maybe even a little Speed. Stamina is really important, too, especially if they let us play a 3-4 next year.

If you can throw a couple of points to blocking early on, that will actually help with your ability to beat blocks, but I wouldn't get carried away.

Wall, Break-Thru and DLine General are the most important special abilities, IMO.

I love my NT, and he does well, pushing back level 18's for whatever reason (had a sack on the team we were playing that eventually won the championship later that season)

I have to say speed and agility are things to work on once you hit the strength plateau, using your equipment to push your strength higher instead of SP. At a certain point I'd have to say start working your SAs (mainly Dgeneral, Wall, Shed Block, Strong Base, and Break Through. With all these combined your NT will be as useful as your DT or DEs rushing the QB or making the RB scramble outside of you.)

NTs at this point people don't want to build due to their lack of stats. The average NT (Hell even DT) averages a sack per year, a tackle a game, and a hurry sometimes against weaker teams. Once they get bigger they can handle the Oline and utilize their SAs to get around them.

My above statements are why I believe Oline is built to be so hard to beat stats wise, but the DTs SAs are bult to shed their blockers and their chances of working is determined by a stat (mainly strength against the push away ones) to get around.

The NT on one of my teams led the league with 11 sacks last season. That was from about lvl 7-13, so it's possible.

strength to 50 (whenever it costs 2 SP) then work in Wall and break through. Work your way to Dline general as the last thing you need, as it is icing on the cake

yeah, work in stamina a point or two per level. Speed and agility can be taken at discretion, but a little in both (mid twenties) is good for you. Strength, wall, and break through are the main points needed right now.

Too much emphasis is placed on strength I think. MY guy has great stats, and has made the Pro Bowl the past two years without great strength.

The extra points in wall and breakthru help. If you are getting these stats against lower leveled teams I'd call shenanigans but it seems you aren't (glanced at a few teams). I am not going to watch PbP but if you are looking to be on to something.

Strength IS needed when constantly triple/double teamed and compete upward your level on the Oline. your speed and agility aided your sacks.
