Yup. Would prefer SV or SDC but definitely a worthwhile piece.

I don't really like it tbh.
SDC, SV and 5% deflect chance are all I'd consider.
But of course it depends on your build and usage (if you blitz, change direction is one of the better SAs)

No, pretty terrible piece tbh. Djinn is right. SDC/SV and 5% deflect are the best. I prefer SDC and 5% deflect.

i have 1 SV piece and 1 +2 jumping & SDC for my level 17 CB
