ok so i have 2 cleats and 1 head
one is upgraded it has 32 tokens in it +1 agility, +4 speed + 13% make tackle
one is superior vision +1

head is +1 jumping , +3% make tackle

should i sell the one with +13% make tackle and put the bonus token in superior vision and then upgrade the head?

I don't think I'd sell the upgraded piece. jmo tho, gotta do what makes you happy.

If you commit to taking vision to 68 soon I'd go with the SV piece
