Catching, Running in GLB is flawed.

I prefer adding to a recieving style. Right now my blocking is still very good though.

I tried building a blocking TE but then they kept throwing me the dang ball and I couldn't catch. So you really have to at least put some skills into catching.

I'm building my TE to be tackling and receiving, it's a slow build but working okay so far. He had 2 tackles and 5 pancakes and watching the play by play moves he did well blocking.

36 receptions, 290 yards in 16 games.

Any ideas on improving him overall.

TEs tend to block someone who is already being blocked instead of looking for someone who isn't already blocked.

You might want to throw some points in Vision and Confidence.

For your level, catching and speed are probably okay.
I'd add to agility and vision mostly. Stamina is low if you want/need to start. But it's okay for backup.
Don't neglect strength and blocking.

(Also, Bort recently made a post stating that the most important stat that 'most' players are ignoring is Confidence. I'm still not sure what to make of his statement, but I don't think he'd bullshit us either.)

I just started a TE today and want to know what the most important part is to start with in building the pass catching TE?
