I have a level 21 DE with 63 speed and 53 agility. What is the best way to turn Hurries into sacks/ Add more speed or more agility?

Might sound crazy but besides more speed, you should soft cap jumping. You'll find those hurries turn into sacks a lot faster.

I have started to do this with my NT and it really has helped. It increases the radius to attempt diving tackles, which help on both the rush and the pass

it is quite crazy to cap jumping so early. if you want sacks in the minors go for speed. if you want sacks in close games in the pros and higher level leagues, go for agility and do not cap jumping until you have at least (bare minimum) 4th capped speed and agility and 3rd capped strength, from there its debatable what to do but i wouldnt suggest capping jumping
