Well, he's a balanced TE, which means he's probably not going to be great at anything. Tough to pick VAs if the build isn't focused one way or another.

If he was mine, my next cap would be vision followed by either catching or blocking depending on which way I was focusing.

1) Move equipment out of "catching" and into "Speed". Doing so will help even if you decide to go receiving-oriented with the build.

2) Cap "vision"--its needed for either a blocking-oriented build or a receiving-oriented build.

3A) Pick a build-type for future SP spending--focus on blocking OR receiving type attributes;

or...

3B) Join a Casual team, where "balanced" builds are more valuable.
