Is it useful? How much is needed?

Just train it to 33ish... wait till you're done with speed/agility/strength though.

Thanks!

A lot of diverging opinions here on spd, agi, str. This is my first visit to the forum, is there a general consensus of what range those should be?

Ive tried agi, strength and balanced DE's and am now trying speed. All the successful players who gets hurries and sacks each game has primarily strength. My 19 DE is now leading league in sacks and hurries and the MVP race by going for speed first and putting all equipment there.
After that id say agi be 60% of your speed and vision up to 1st cap.
That should give the jump of the line, and the speed to get to the QB before he throws it.

Intresting. I do speed, agility and str.

My team we have a very strong 3 DE rotation.
I am speed, one is agility and one has equal speed and agility.

Speed I have 23 sacks
Agility has 15
And Equal speed/agility 14

I started training jumpin middle of last season so I seeing how its going as well.
