Got both of these pieces on different rolls for my Powerbacks

The +1 Spin would replace a +3 carry + 1 Stiff Arm on L57

The First Step SA was just a roll for my L16

Opinions?

I don't like first step for halfbacks.
Spin however, depending on the build, can be very powerful.

I'd keep the stiff arm probably. FS could work pretty good on a power back actually if it was a high strength, high speed, low agility type. Could also help with that initial acceleration earlier in his career if getting to agility later.

+3 carrying/stiff arm is pretty awesome. i wouldn't want to replace it for a piece that didn't give me any useful attribute bonus.

from what I've ready, first step is really only beneficial for a hb when going out on a route. For receiving backs can be a great thing.

I'd stick with the piece you have. Spin for a powerback isn't as useful.

DO NOT trade in your Stiff Arm EQ. This would be foolish.

Also, FS is only good for Elusive HBs who are catching passes out of the backfield. If he aint doing that, leave it alone.

while I agree about the stiff arm being a good piece, I disagree that FS is not good for powerbacks...it's pretty good for a 90 strength, 75, speed, 25 agility powerback....
