Third cap throwing, double cap confidence, double cap vision, single cap strength... you might give your WRs a chance to catch 1/3 balls.

I'd go the opposite of everyone else... 61 in speed and 48 in throwing. I don't think there's much difference between 48 and 61 in throwing in the early stages, not in comparison to the difference in 61 and 48 in speed.
