You seem harmless enough, so I'll be honest and tell you that nobody here really wants to reveal what kind of defense they like best where there opponents could read about it.
Well, someone may, but they'll be giving you a troll answer or one intentionally false to try to mislead the opposition.
Truth is both work well if you have the right players for the system. Neither work well if you try to force guys built for man to play zone or vice versa. Commit to one and build your players to it and hope for the best (i.e. Bort doesn't change the sim on you and screw your choices).
