I don't understand why your attributes are so low. Speed and agility should be to 68 by 24 for a LOLB. Vision needs to be 68 by 35 or so.

I honestly believe that this LB is solid. I want to create a blitzing LB but it is a ton o work to just get him there.

I think you should build your guy as an OLB but I don't think he's got the speed and agility to ever be a top notch WL type LB.

The issue that you have is not with the quality of build right now, but the fact that you tried to build him to be competitive at a low level. You have missed out and will continue to miss out on natural lvl gains.
By the looks of it, you have applied sp's to at least 5 different attributes with what appears to be no real goal in mind for those particular attributes. Focus on one, take it to 68 (or more depending on what you're going for) and then move on to the next. If you want a blitzing LB, speed is important. For any LB, agility is very important! Worry about strength and tackling later. You can no doubt save the build though, since LB is a position with sucky natural increases.
Apply this logic to all positions you build. Cap building is the only way to build a successful dot imo. A well rounded young dot is good at everything and great at nothing.

I'm not sure you get what I'm talking about. No where did I mention anything regarding SA's. Pretty much all the SA's suck for LB's. Plus, there are way too many attributes to concern yourself with to even think about SA's in the mid 30's/40's.

Retire him, you went all over the board with his build, and start over, speed should be nat 68, not being mean being honest.
Maybe you just built him to be competitive at first, but he will suffer going forward due to not building right.

If you can't handle the criticism, don't post your player build up here. You are behind people who are slow building properly. He's an average player at best and will only get worse as the other players catch up and/or pass you up by more.
You should've focused on speed/agility/vision more.
