For one..You already ruined him in the fact that you spend the skill points in atteributes already..Instead of getting training value out of them...For two...At level one they can't get to the QB so it won't matter.

Take away the 15 initial SP and it's still a great roll to the majors with only 12 in tackling. Like I said, it was pretty damn good.
