I have a ? on d-line gen attribute I can't seem to upgrade mine it keeps telling me prerequsits aren't met where can i find a chart on what needed

The SA right before it has to be at least half of what you want the SA yuo're going for to be...
So example d-line gen...If you want it at 10...The one right before it needs to be 5.
