As it says on the tin. Got AEQ piece with diving catch; rolled a 1 handed but not sure if either is worth it. I have not seen a diving catch on the pbp (but not sure if its listed like "power thru" on a HB)

I assume that when I see a "low throw" that diving catch helps with that. I do not see these very often. I can't say that I've seen many 1-handed catches either. IMO, there are better EQ options for WRs.
