Is "All equipment in speed" still a winning strategy considering the speedster nerfs? I have speed/agility at 100/73 with equipment now and am about to apply level 40 upgrades - considering upgrading agility instead of speed. Is there any reason NOT to continue applying equipment upgrades to speed? Should agility be within a certain number of points (20?) of speed to enable the WR to take advantage of it?

You're too slow to be a speedster tbh.
Well he sure ain't a possession guy, so lets say he's somewhere between a balanced and speedster WR. Would you keep adding speed with EQ upgrades? My original plan was to leave AGI @ 4th cap and let it just level bonus but now I'm worried that it needs to be higher. Thoughts?

I'd take agility to at least 80 with equip, probably 85.
But I haven't seen your build, so telling you that isn't very informed.
