obviously i know vis con and stam need work ...........when should i stop my main attys and start work on them

You should have them trained up a bit more than that already.... I guess, if anything, I'd train stamina/conf and eventually put SPs into vision..

seriously not trying to sound like a dick... (i have no idea what players you may have retired to this point or how long you've been around) / though i agree with you to an extent...

I'd start training vision immediately. While stamina and confidence are low if your team can stand for you to stay with low stamina for most of the season, vision is a higher priority. I'd soft cap speed and then save up to soft cap vision once it's trained up to 28 or 29. Not sure of the math but if your goal is to have really high natural strength and agility you can most likely come back and put a couple points into strength before 77 after vision, but I'd start training vis sooner rather than later. After optional strength, capping speed and vision and maybe second capping speed you can put a few points into shed blocks...imo you're at the point now where you don't have to rush to every cap unless you ant to get in before you roll over.
