Carter Franke will be lvl 32 as soon as he signs with a team. He's a very efficient pocket passer. look at his stats. only 3 picks in 5 seasons! if you want him to start, he will do well for you, if you want him to backup the starter, great. if you want him to be 3rd string for no reason other than he has a cool picture, thats fine too. If he doesnt have a team soon, im just going to retire him rather than dump money into him for no reason.
