or

+3 catching, 5% break tackle

Without the extra carrying, he has 69
Without the extra catching, he has 42

thoughts?

I might take the catching piece just for the benefit of having a better break tackle bonus. With 69 carrying, I dont think you will get much more benefit from having more carrying on top. Atleast with catching you can gain a little bit and make yourself a little bit more multi dimensional.

Break tackle is definitely good.

Good piece, great in pairs. It'll end up being +35-40% once they're both past L56.
