1-As a level 27 QB, where should I put my VA?

2-Should I heavy load on ability or spread them out?

I've heard different opinions on Laser arm vs Quick Release

Quick Release. Unless you're QB lacks the throwing attribute.

84 Throwing is great at lv 27 so invest all your VAs in "quick release" for the time being.

So, "Quick release" > "Laser Arm" by a long shot until you reach 15 for the VA.

I highly suggest you to use one of the "reset points" to decrease the Laser Arm VA to 0 and add the point onto Quick Release as well.

it won't let me add the point to quick release. any ideas as to why?

Is "Quick Release" at 5? If so, I know what's the reason. You'll need to have your QB lv up to 30 to add another 5. So cap it at 5 for now and save the other VA points for later.

As you level up, the level that your veteran abilities can reach also increases:
From level 25-30, veteran abilities may go to level 5.
From level 30-40, veteran abilities may go to level 10.
From level 40 up, veteran abilities may go to level 15.

Thanks for pointing that out. I always believed that you can raise it by only 5 per 5 levels, starting at lv 25.

For instance,
25-30, 5 Max
30-35, 10 Max and so on...

I'll hold onto this info for the future. Once again, thanks.
