I would suggest joining the TAP private forum, its not what they specilize in but they have grind teams, and the cash to let you train I would think, dont expect a huge bonus, they're are just a few teams in there that are for player growth and dont care about winning whatsoever, along with the teams in there that are very very competative that you might want to think of signing him to later on (if he doesnt have plans) they dont force you to do anything, they just help your players, and give good contracts/ PT (or lack of if you want)
