Here is the traditional first look at the average levels around Alpha, with the standard disclaimer that level does not mean everything, but as per usual it might give an indication who might have to rely on better builds, tactics or all of the above to come out a winner.
This season a second disclaimer has to be added, due to many veterans going into the decline at some point the averages somewhat reflect a teams philosophy, several seem to go with their veterans, probably for one more last hurrah, while others went young completely, and a few are running with a mixture of veterans and up and coming players.
Still the wide disparity in averages is surprising, last season the difference from #1 to #16 was 3.5 levels, this time around it is almost 11 levels.
65.24 FootballForum Fighting Danes; 54 players; median 66
64.82 West Wales Warriors; 45 players; median 65
64.37 Dublin Druids; 43 players; median 65
64.22 Italian Stallions; 50 players; median 64
63.70 Team Perkis; 53 players; median 65
63.25 Paris Penguins; 52 players; median 64
62.54 Naples Purple Nurples; 50 players; median 63
62.31 E-City Mercenaries; 52 players; median 63
62.11 Global Gym Purple Corba's; 38 players; median 64
61.13 Graz Grizzlies; 54 players; median 63
60.63 Boston Punks; 48 players; median 63
60.17 Heidelberg Hitmen; 35 players; median 62
59.65 Baton Rouge Tigers; 34 players; median 60
57.86 London Underground; 51 players; median 58
55.73 Parma Panthers; 51 players; median 56
54.50 Aviemore Angels; 14 players; median 59
Recruiting certainly is still ongoing for several teams, so there will be some changes before the start of the season, but it already looks as if some teams might not be able to get there, if they are even trying in the first place. I think it is already pretty safe to say that Aviemore have to be the #1 candidate for relegation.

We're much improved on defense,so I'm slightly confident we should do well our 1st season up here. We're a playoff contender for sure...
