there are A LOT of GMs/Agents that are affiliated to many peewee teams, which underlines the conflict of interests in peewee, and becoz of this there needs to be some added options to make restrictions within the forums, so that some members can access the forums, but not access some threads, so that DCs/OCs/owners and relevant others can discuss tactics openly within the forum, without it being compromised by 'leaks'

i just think that team forums are not the place to communicate tactics if the team has many agents on their team, coz those agents could be affiliated to another team and could pass the info onto them ...if there were some more mod options, it would allow selected team members to discuss team specific details on a forum that was supposed to be designed for that, without as much concern of those details leaking out

Well it comes down to integrity. Being in several teams myself I know anything regarding game plan I read doesn't go any where else. I enjoy playing for different teams and dealing with different owners and agents and wouldn't do anything to compromise their trust or plans. I understand the other side though, there are plenty of young, I don't give a shit attitude people that play this and the idea was intended more for that crowd I'm guessing.

hmm ...well we could all say that we all have good integrity, but that is the tool that dishonest people use to put themselves in a position to do their damage ...and some agents may not realise that they have discussed somthn on another forum that had compromised one of their teams ...I wish that we all could trust each other, but having faith is the trait of a fool in the making ...and also coz of the added demand now for players, there is more incentive to take a risk of adding these agents to their team ...the best thing to do is to have threads that they cannot access, so that they are not able to do the wrong thing, at least until the mods feel that they can trust them ...sorta like out of sight, out of mind ...more mod options would allow more of a 'safety net' so that ugly scenes don't eventuate

I was agreeing with you Man, last line of my post basically states that the people that wouldn't do that are the minority while people would would abuse the fact they can see everything are the majority.

Umm...Private forum for your lolpee wee team?

Unless there's something that I'm really missing...Seems like that would solve the issue. Just add whatever agents you trust to discuss what ever you want to discuss. The others don't need to know about it.

imo.

what makes you think that I need it for my team?!? ...all the players I created for my team ...a private forum wouldn't eliminate the risk of team forum discussions being used against it's team

Uhh..Maybe, just maybe because you made teh suggestion? I didn't care enough to check your lolpee wee team.

Nor would more mod options on your team forum... If you're that paranoid your best option is to lock yourself in a box and keep everything to yourself.

edit: I suggested a private forum because you'd have more control over who has access to the forum...So you discuss the shit you want to hide from the general public there? Yes it's not perfect, but it's essentially what you're suggesting, already available and only costs 100 FPs.

I guess building every player on your team would do the trick too.

that's not what I am asking for ...I am asking for a team forum that give the option that a team forum mod should have anywayz ...that would essentially fix the problem and then some!

I know what you're asking for. I just fail to see how you really need it when we've got private forums. If you can afford a team and you're that paranoid and cannot afford 100 FPs... Then maybe you should change your priorities in GLB a bit.
