Will 80 speed/80 vision SS work as good as a 90 speed/65 vision SS? Talking about a Lv 31 Capped league.

The only SS's that I have noticed that have been truly effective all had high speed. While vision is important for an SS, I think it's the third most important attribute. For a level 31, 65 should be good.

Aye, why not needed for half the work an SS does, having it to at least 90 is useful for covering the TE and mopping up deep when the CBs miss.

As long as you have Closing Speed high then yes.
