I'm an active and expierienced agent and just this year i had players on 4 league champions (does this mean i know what i'm doing? probably not, just boastful). This punter was just 3rd in his league in punt avg, and is only getting better.
I boost (he'll be at lvl 40 for the first game, and is about to lvl up on top of that, so 41 for the second game).
