I have those two AEQ and wondering which would be better for my WR. I also have another catch chance piece which is at 10% atm.

I'd say the +1 FS is better regardless of what type you are trying to build. But I can see your point.

What is your natural Agility at? Just the +3 from that may be worth the SA skill points you'd spend on First Step...

I would go with the +3 Agility, 2% catch....lose your other catch piece and search for a secondary piece.
