the problem with the build is catching. Vision is sort of important, if you would have ent 60 catching before vision he would be really good. HE is still salvageable I would just train catching and carrying this season. When you boost at the end of the seaosn put all points in catchig and get catching to a 60 or 70, then you will see a huge improvement in your guy's numbers

you don't need to retire him..he's not bad. You need to boost every season and buy custom equipment though. He's decent for a lvl 24 guy.
