Currently:

Speed 76
Agility 50
Carrying 18
Strength 18
Vision 15

I have 16 SP to assign, would it be best to assign it all to V or C? I thought I'd put it in V and train up S & C.

Thoughts?

What's speed without eq?

If you have speed where you want it then work on agility, you need agility as high or almost as high as speed(natural).

I can take Speed and Agility higher but I'll be playing for a competive team this season (slow built last season) and figured I need stuff like Vision and Carrying to actually make some runs.

You're better off long term, much better off, third capping speed at least, probably should fourth cap it. Put your eq in carrying and train vision and agility.

Speed to 74, then work on getting agility to 74. Train carrying. It's a pity carrying and agility aren't able to be dual trained.

Definitely get speed and agility to at least 68.

I am in the same boat. I have my speed at 67 naturally and agility at 45. I have only trained the other attributes to get them to around 20 to help in the mean time. So if I hear this right. Focus everything at the moment to speed 68; then agility to 68? Should take all season to hit these marks.

More than likely we will be a run oriented offense so what about fumbles,etc...Mr. Murphy aka Bort throws on the offense. Training should suffice until then? I would think both vision and carrying would be the next to bump up to the next soft cap.

use your EQ in carrying (or vision) if that concerns you for the short term. Otherwise you're really sacrificing any long term potential. But if you're willing to play a guy for 2-3 more seasons and then retire him, you can put SP in to carrying and vision before third capping speed and agility.

See the thing about this is that for the most part the players you are playing against on D are doing the same thing you are. They are jacking up speed and agility and not getting up the things that could make you fumble. If you want to keep the player for 10 seasons or more you have to sacrifice the first couple so teams will want you in the last half of your career.
