Im looking for a lvl 24 cap team preferably though lvl 28 cap would work as well to show off my skills for as a blocker as well as a possession receiver. Think Hines Ward. I am not a premadonna and am not demanding of x catches but would like to get a good number of plays per game with the offense. I will boost to 26 once signed. You know you could use a lvl 26 receiver on your cap 24 team.
