I'm getting no interest from teams.

His level doesn't mesh with the cap structure well. Most people are looking for guys coming in exactly at lvl 13,16,21 etc.

Try to market him as a kr/pr this year, and maybe you'll be in better shape next season.

My guess would be your lvl. To high for 16 cap and kind of to low for 21 or 24. I don't really see to much wrong with your build. Where are you trying to get signed at? Go to the forums and go into teams looking for players, find a cap 21 team looking for HB's and pm them.

Everybody and their brother makes hb's so they aren't the easiest to place.

Good build just in between levels. You're too high for cap 16 and too low for cap 21 teams.
Maybe you can join a team where you can do KR/PR and ask to be put as a 3rd back.
