I'm thinking vision but wonder if i should 4th cap speed or 2nd cap catching before hand.

Yes. And get agility up 1 more cap.

Your WR will be fine production wise while you do this. Just train vision to 90% and then get jumping up in the same range.

My WR's build looked a lot like yours at lvl 22.

so alright so are you saying cap vision before i get agility up 1 more cap or vice-versa?

I'm suggesting do all 3 (catching, speed, agility 1 more cap) before capping vision.
