+5% pass quality (if it has a plus in an attribute like STR/VIS will be better), +1 Tight Spiral & a plus in an attribute, +1 Field General.

Get 1 AEQ piece as soon as you are able to get shopping tokens, dont wait too long to get one you want to level it up ASAP, but dont grab ANY AEQ either.
Below level 10 you probably wont find any AEQ with an SA, and you will rarely find +2 attribute, or +4% or more in Passing Quality ect. you'll be spending shopping tokens for half the season.
