I am an active agent and check forums daily and contribute to planning. I don't need a big signing bonus or salary, just enough so I can train on intense. I do require that the team pays for all equipment (my last owner did not), and I currently require $800K to complete the upgrades on my LVL40 EQ.
I'm looking for a 1-year contract with no trades, so I can ensure that the team is as good a fit for me as I am for the team. If you look at the history of any of my players, you will see that I always re-sign and stick with teams that are honest and treat me well, regardless of the win/loss record.
